Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wanton Sale (“the Platform”), available at https://wan-ton.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Wanton Sale is an e-commerce marketplace based in South Korea. We are launching first for buyers within South Korea, with plans to expand to buyers in Central Asia and beyond. The Platform connects buyers with sellers based in South Korea and offers a wide variety of products including K-Beauty products, fashion, electronics, and more.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

As a buyer you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information, pay for all orders you place, not attempt to fraudulently dispute legitimate charges, comply with all applicable laws regarding the import of goods into your country, and be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply to your orders and are your responsibility.

Prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) for buyers in South Korea and in US Dollars (USD) for overseas buyers, unless otherwise stated. We accept KakaoPay, TossPay, and Toss Payments for domestic orders within South Korea, and Eximbay (supporting VISA, Mastercard, and any other method Eximbay offers) for overseas orders. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Orders are subject to availability and seller confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or fraud suspicion.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipping from South Korea to Central Asia typically takes 7–30 business days depending on destination and shipping method. Wanton Sale is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Return eligibility depends on the individual seller’s return policy. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Opened cosmetic items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings, reverse engineer the Platform, use automated tools to scrape data, or resell products without authorization.

All content on the Platform including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Wanton Sale or its sellers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanton Sale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
